The double beer hose nipple is a versatile, highly stable connecting element for directly coupling two flexible hoses in beverage line and dispensing technology. It serves as a straight, continuous connector between two hose ends and is specially designed for CO₂ or beer lines in restaurants, breweries, beverage trucks, or mobile systems.

Made of high-quality chrome-nickel steel (CNS / stainless steel), this sleeve offers maximum hygiene, resistance, and durability—even under demanding conditions such as moisture, carbon dioxide pressure, or frequent cleaning.

Function and area of application

The double beer hose grommet enables two hoses of the same size to be connected seamlessly. It is inserted in the middle between two pipes and is particularly suitable for:

• extending hose lines (e.g., in cleaning lines)

• for connecting damaged sections (instead of replacing the entire line),

• for flexible conversion of lines in mobile or temporary dispensing systems.

Thanks to double-ended grommets and a continuous inner channel, an uninterrupted, hygienic flow of beverages or CO₂ is guaranteed.

• Rustproof and hygienic: Chrome nickel steel is food-safe, acid-resistant, and corrosion-free.

Connection option: Safe and compatible

The hose ends are equipped with a bead that serves as a contact surface for various clamp connections:

• 1-ear clamps: Quick, secure fastening with special pliers, especially for one-time installations.

• Unex clamps: Reusable stainless steel clamps with wing screw – ideal for temporary installations.

• Screw clamps: Universally applicable, easy to install with a screwdriver, especially for different hose thicknesses.

Thanks to these flexible connection options, the double T-sleeve can be used in almost any system.
