Beer screw connection / CO₂ screw connection on plug nipple – made of PVC

This practical screw connection enables beverage hoses to be securely connected to standard beer or CO₂ threads using plug nipple technology. It is specially designed for use in beverage lines and is ideal for applications in restaurants, catering, or hobby beer installations.

• Threaded connection:
  Optional:
  5/8 inch external thread (beer thread) – compatible with standard beer dispensing systems and keg couplings
  3/4 inch external thread (CO₂ thread) – suitable for pressure reducers and CO₂ supplies

• Output variants (plug nipples for hoses):
  5/8 inch to 4 x 8 mm (inner diameter x outer diameter)
  5/8 inch to 7 x 12 mm
  3/4 inch to 4 x 8 mm

• Installation instructions:
  Simply screw the adapter onto the corresponding thread
  Press the hard beverage hose (please use only this type) firmly onto the plug nipple
  If necessary, the hose can be secured with a retaining clip

• Disassembly:
  Important: Before loosening, make sure that the line is depressurized
  Then press back the small tab on the plug nipple – this allows the hose to be easily removed

Important note on tightness:
It is essential to use only hard beverage hoses to ensure a reliable and tight connection. Soft or unsuitable hoses can lead to leaks or slippage.
