4. Application and installation

1. Preparation: Ensure that the keg and connections are clean.
2. Installation
   • Place the tap head on the keg cap.
   • Press the handle down to lock the tap head securely in place.
3. Hose connections
   • Connect the beverage line to the R 5/8″ connection.
   • Connect the gas line to the R 3/4″ connection.
4. Activate compressed gas
   • Release CO2 or nitrogen mixture to start the beverage flow.
5. Tapping process
   • Once the dispensing head is activated, the beverage can be dispensed via the dispensing system.
6. After use
   • Unlock the tap head and remove it from the keg.
   • Rinse thoroughly with water or a suitable cleaning agent.
