- One of the most commonly used KEG types in Germany
- Widely used by breweries such as Bitburger, Kstritzer, Warsteiner, and Frh Klsch
- Flat tapping mechanism for easy handling
- Available as a cellar tap or bar tap with side beer outlet
2 Kombikeg (type M) – special fitting for certain beers

- Characterized by a special design for increased safety
- Compatible with certain international breweries

- Standard in many European countries
- Used for beers such as Heineken, Grolsch, Beck’s, and Stella Artois
- Basket valve mechanism for even and stable beer flow
