Hygienic connection solution for beverage lines in dispensing systems

This high-quality straight hose nozzle has been specially designed for use in beverage and dispensing technology. It is made of solid stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) and is ideal for hygienically demanding applications where a permanent and tight connection between the hose and threaded connection is required.

Technical data:

• Design: Straight nozzle for direct installation in wing nut screw connections

• Material: Stainless steel 1.4301 (equivalent to AISI 304)
  – Rustproof, food-safe, acid-resistant
  – Ideal for CO₂, beer, and AFG lines

• Processing: Precisely manufactured grommet with slightly ribbed surface for better hold in the hose

• Sealing principle: Flat sealing (in conjunction with a separately available seal)

Available variants:

• Variant 1:
  For hoses with an inner diameter of 7 mm and an outer diameter of 12 mm
  → e.g. suitable for classic beer hoses in bar areas

• Variant 2:
  For hoses with an inner diameter of 10 mm and an outer diameter of 15/16 mm
  → e.g. for CO₂ or longer beverage lines with increased flow

Processing instructions:

1. Insert seal:
   Place a suitable flat seal on the end of the nozzle.
   This ensures a tight connection to the wing nut.

2. Mounting the nipple:
   Insert the nipple with the seal through the opening of the wing nut so that it rests correctly on the 5/8″ or 1/2″ thread (depending on the application).

3. Prepare the hose:
   Gently warm the end of the beverage hose (e.g., with warm water) to make it easier to insert the grommet.

4. Attach the clamp:
   Before attaching the nozzle, slide a suitable 1-ear clamp over the end of the hose.
   After pushing on the nozzle, slide the clamp over the visible area of the nozzle on the hose.
   Secure the clamp with a pair of pliers to ensure a permanently tight connection.
